For the static balancing of the elevator I had to mould the lead into the form made from plaster. Lead has a melting point of 328 C°. The form was according to the plans 80x30x40. This volume gives a weight of about 1.1KG. Preinstalled M4 bolts into the mold so I wouldn't have to drill the lead later on.
